"This company ruined my business and therefore my life. Mark Miller and Kevin Beasley are fast talking crooks. My husband knows exactly who you are and everything about you. Don’t think for one minute that you can lie and get away with it. Fortunately, I have proof that my loss was storm related so you two crooks haven’t heard the last from me. Why is it every time I call your company headquarters to file a complaint against you two; one of you guys are the ones that calls me back? I don’t want to talk to you guys. It seems like the whole company is just a bunch of college kids sitting in their dorm rooms playing video games with our lives! I really believe you think we’re characters in your own little world of make believe! Well, what you’re doing to people lives is real and your consequences will reflect that!"

"I’m not sure where to start. I have an open claim with this company and it’s been over almost 2 months now something was damaged with my equipment which is covered underneath my general liability submitted. The claim was told this would not take long to get fixed have not received a message call or anything from no one, I have a lawyer looking into the matter right now and will expect my 800 and something dollars for the damages that were made this company does not want to pay out the funds that are owed when you submit a claim the people that run your claims just run you around in circles I mean this place absolutely sucks. I’ve had to Change insurance companies I cannot deal with this when you run a business you expect insurance you pay for every month to cover the damages that happen, but this company will not Uphold the agreements that are stated in your insurance policy, they do not want to pay up. I will be suing this company. If I do not hear back from them, and I warn everyone else to not do business with this company."

"I filed a claim for my small business on November 20, 2023. It has been almost three months now, and as of January 28, 2024, I still haven't received a resolution. When I emailed for an update, I was informed that the claim is in the final stage, but it has been 34 days since then. I asked for clarification on the process to get a better understanding of the timeline, but instead, I received an email stating that the person handling my claim is doing their best as a human. With companies working remotely, I am concerned about the accountability and whether the work is being completed on time. This process has been a nightmare, lacking transparency. I know this wasn’t the vision owner CEO David McFarland when creating this company."
