"Mckenzie led myself and two friends on a trail ride. It was muddy, full of trees my horse liked to shove me into, and stalled by horses who didn't want to go. And we loved every minute of it. She made sure we were all ok and the unpredictability just made it all the more fun. You can't ride a horse without expecting the unexpected! 10/10 would go again and hope Mckenzie is there to guide us. She was the sweetest and most vibrant person I've had the pleasure of meeting. To those looking for trail rides I would highly recommend Rustler Ranch. Just remember to be honest about your experience level so you end up with the right horse!"

"I met candace when I was having trouble with 2 geldings I purchased as a VERY green horse owner. I knew nothing and was very afraid. The one was very pushy and I couldn't figure it out. Not only did she diagnose what was wrong and get him great help he now helps in her therapeutic riding program as does the other one. Nor only did she help me and had taught me so much, I gained the blessing of a true honest friend. I'm still learning about these magnificent animals, and if I had half of candace knowledge I would be in great shape. I highly recommend her care and ability with any horse or person for that matter!"

"We took our Off the Track Thoroughbred to Rustler Ranch for boarding and training this winter. The beautiful indoor arena, Obstacle Clinics, and vast trails first brought us to the ranch, but we learned those are just extra perks on top of the wonderful people running the facility. I cannot say enough good things about the folks running the ranch. Candice and her crew went above and beyond what is expected including changing blankets depending on the ever changing Ohio weather, cold hosing his injuries, wrapping and treating cuts from our horse being un coordinated in the pasture, mashing meds to make sure he was eating them, and adjusting his feed to best meet his individual needs. His stall was cleaned 6x a week, free choice hay, and clean water buckets are always filled multiple times a day. I always appreciated the attention to details of my horse's needs and our OTTB recieved excellent care! I would highly recommend Rustler Ranch as a boarding facility! Due to my time constraints we put our horse in training as well. As with the boarding I was beyond pleased with Candice's demeanor with the animals as well as her knowledge. We have seen HUGE improvements in him and are SO pleased with the results. We are leaving Rustler Ranch (just to come back home for the warmer months) with a different horse. I would highly recommend Candice for beginning training, furthering your training, or getting through issues or blocks that your horse and you may be dealing with. She loves what she does and hates to give up on animals...we need more horsewomen like her to give horses a chance to prove themselves capable. Candice has earned my respect and my continued business, we will be returning boarders next winter!"
