"The front desk had initially told me the therapist I was going to see was REnee. I accepted since I had a great experience with Renee the year prior. I want to clarify Renee is excellent. The lady I got was actually named Kay/Katherine who I had a negative experience with. They told me mistakenly her name was Renee. When I went to her office, I thought it was another therapist also named Renee. Please see below review. Front desk has some issues with giving out correct information as to which therapist we are going to see, etc. I have seen another therapist and front desk kept coming back to me telling me my card was declined. They made me feel like someone unwilling to pay for therapy appts. Which was highly embarassing. They said this repeatedly to me. Turns out they incorrectly entered my card information multiple times and thats why my card was getting rejected. I gave them my card information around 10 times. Each time they would enter a number incorrectly. I would appreciate if front desk is more careful in the near future. Double check and triple check is highly important when it comes to details such as numbers."
