"I’ve been with Richard for about 15 years, I understand he is battling cancer and my thoughts are with him and his family. That being said I called The Taylor agency now handling his accounts to see the wait time if I was to drop off my taxes like normal, I was told 1-2 weeks after two weeks I called and was told 3 weeks, after 3 weeks I was told 3-1/2 or more but they are still not close to completing or even starting them. I will be picking them up today and looking for a tax preparer to complete them them and sadly ending my relationship with the Taylor agency/Richard. You would think a company that deals with number could have completed simple math an estimated the increased volume and prepared properly for the additional work load. If I would have even received an email to update me I would have been more understanding. Be prepared to wait a month should you decide to continue with them.."
