"Literally came to say the same thing as Marie F. The male receptionist scolded us as well for looking through the stickers. My daughter just got a few shots so I wanted to make her feel better. I pay you guys thousands and he’s worried about a flipping sticker. Lord. Besides that, all of the doctors and nurses are wonderful and I’ve never had an issue with them."

"The young male receptionist is rude AF. I was scolded for looking through the stickers so I could find one my kids wanted and not have to leave with crying kids. He said he didn’t want germs on them which I can understand but I wasn’t letting my sick kid touch them and I practice good hygiene. He acted as if I was letting my sick kid lick them and put them back. Him and the other office workers are probably are exposed to many more germs than me, so me getting my kids stickers would probably be safer than them getting them anyway. I don’t deserve to be talked down to like that. We take germs seriously and we were all wearing masks and wash our hands regularly. Calm down and don’t belittle patients. Also, you can almost never get an appointment when you need one and you have to wait on hold a very long time to make an appointment. I have no complaints about the doctors or other staff. They are usually wonderful."

"The most incompetent office I have ever dealt with in terms of having common sense, we will be finding a new doctor for my children. If you need actual results from people who care about the well-being of your child then go somewhere else, because you're not getting it here."

"I have been coming to this drs office for over 10 years because of the exceptional care my son has received here. Not quite sure what has happened in the last yr or so but I am seriously considering finding a different pediatrician's office. I can't reach anyone at this office directly because all calls are forwarded to a call center. It's very inconvenient and the people answering the phone usually can't answer any of my questions or schedule appointments in a reasonable amount of time. It feels like I'm being held hostage on the phone with the call center for 20+ mins answering the same questions repeatedly but when I called the office directly I'm usually on the phone for 5 minutes or less for scheduling. I don't believe they have access to see the actual schedule for each dr because they usually tell me they can't find any openings for months but if I speak to someone IN THE OFFICE they always seem to be able to find an open appointment for us much sooner. For the last few months I can't get same day sick visits so we end up going to an urgent care. What's the point of the call center if they aren't able to do the job as efficiently as the staff that are actually on site. Very frustrating."

"LOVE the doctors here but getting an appointment without having it scheduled 6 months in advance is impossible. My daughter came down with a bad cold where I called 2 days in a row and they couldn’t fit me in to see her( even after the doctor had suggested that I call first thing in the morning to come in). I understand places are busy but what’s the point of having a primary pediatrician if they just suggest you take them to a minute clinic or urgent care. Definitely disappointed with their “efforts” and will be looking for a new pediatrician."
