"Will not bring my child back. My child’s original appointment was in March but due to the pandemic no one was being seen. I rescheduled and unfortunately did not make it in time, called the same day of the missed appointment and rescheduled for another then I was told if I miss this third appointment that they will no longer see my child. How do you threaten to not see my child due to the pandemic it wouldn’t of been the third it would of been the second because they wasn’t seeing anyone in the beginning and that’s my fault because!? I will gladly take my child somewhere else! Thank you"

"Dr Horansky is an amazing pediatrician; however, the office overall is not ran adequately. Nichole is also an amazing nurse there and we will miss them. Same day appointments are hard to come by and appointment waiting times are significantly increasing. Dr Horansky and Nichole should open their own practice. The major issue was with Michelle. Michelle, some form of manager, was not very cooperative and rude. While discussing a billing question she got quiet rude. Instead of trying to assist in the charges, she told me that I should have read a stapled on sheet of paper. I told her I was not given a stapled sheet of paper. For mother’s taking the health risk assessment at the 2 month wellness check - they now bill a code 96161. Check with your insurance before taking the questionnaire. In 2016 they did not bill for the questionnaire. Michelle is a representative of that office and what it stands for. Due to her actions we will take our business elsewhere where we are appreciated."

"We had been discharged from another UH MD in another area after seeing this provider missed 3 appointments over an 8 year span. Mostly because I have children with hydrocephalus and one because I was bedside to my dying mother in another state. We made an appointment which was rescheduled several times to find out when we arrived they stated they could not see us because of this discharge. They waited a month to tell me this and because they are incompetent my daughter's return to preschool was delayed. Their office managers was rude about it and not professional at all. Needless to say I would not recommend this office to anyone else."

"My daughter has Lynne Romero as her pediatrician. She is amazing. Dr. Gilham(gynocologist) is great too. She was my doctor while I was pregnant. She gives you every tip she can and answers every question."
