"The staff here regularly took care of my parent's dog. However, I am writing this review to note that they were kind and accommodating to our family (while we were frantic and simultaneously grieving - so, not the most pleasant state) when we had to say our goodbyes to a very loved and very spoiled family member named Blu. Horrible circumstances where the need for support was certainly met by the staff."

"awful. i had the wellness plan here and will not be taking my cat back. they messed up her spay and caused her prolonging pain. everything is incredibly overpriced, for example, an eye cream they sell for $70 there is $25.99 on the internet and is the SAME exact thing. a huge scam. they would rather take your money than help your pet."

"They take great care of your pet and very nice staff. However I will be looking for a new vet. This banfield location only seems to do drop off appointments and both appointments I’ve had were around 3 HOURS long."

"We've been taking our kitten here for about two months and have only ever had positive experiences. The staff provide you with detailed explanations of the treatment they will do, and do an excellent job communicating the costs of services. We recently rescued another cat, and they showed him the same love as our kitten. You can tell they truly care about the animals they help. So happy we picked this office!"
