"Saving your place option is a joke because you will still wait 2 hours or more after you arrive early. I’m in the medical field and my clients would have a fit if they were put into a room for over an hour with nobody to come in, not even to check on them with an update. I’m pretty sure they forgot about us because when I peaked out and mentioned something to the person I was speaking with on the phone so the nurses could hear me, the doc came in within a couple mins. We came back to this place because in the past we’ve had good experiences and short wait time. The only reason they didn’t get a one star is because both front desk staff and triage nurse were very kind and helpful."

"The doctor and nurses have been great, but you will have to wait 3-4 hours. Both times we’ve been here the wait was insane and we are told “it’s a busy night” (I guess every night is a busy night?). There’s an obvious need for this place, and the care is good, but they seriously need more staff and possibly a second facility in Hilliard."

"First time I’ve used this place, the wait wasn’t long, and the staff at check in were great, the nurse who first took us back listened and was great. Then we went to a room and seen the doctor. honestly I don’t think I’ve ever got mad at a doctor before, I don’t feel like my concerns with my son who has been sick going on two month and was told it’s just multiple virus…. And the recommendation was to follow up with his pediatrician, and tea with honey. I’ve never been more frustrated and felt like everything I explained over the past two months just is normal and not a big deal. This visit was a waste of my time, and honestly I will follow up with my pediatrician, and get an X-ray for my 5 year old which I requested and if he prescribes anything for the symptoms besides rest and fluids. We have a situation that is not acceptable from a medical professional."

"Bed bugs ate one daughter along her hip and top of her thigh in the waiting area A chairs closer to the door but set in middle. She was slouched in chair while My youngest daughter waited 30 minutes for a blood draw that made her nearly faint and never got blood. being the only people in the waiting area 30 min wait for some blood was strange. Others came in after us were taken back ahead of her not a big deal. Told my kid raise your sleeve so she can feel for a good Vien, kid requests not her left arm cuz she just had allergy shots, lady says ok well do right arm. My daughter stated she was sick to her stomach and nervous, this woman had no idea how to handle needle anxiety, working with children is alarming. She proceeded to put the tourniquet on her and did not feel for where a plump vein was. Just inserted the needle into area of the elbow pit that has the smaller viens that tend to bust and burn. She went all the way in, pulled back slow got nothing, to a half way point instead of a 1/4to 1/8 point and turned direction while half way inserted but mostly parallel with the dermis. Her second fishing motion was all my kid could handle. She turned death gray eye rolled back and her head slumped for a second then she started moving all over to avoid vomiting. The woman acted like my kids veins were just rolling every where-she just ate and drinks a lot of water. She had to drink and eat crackers to relax enough to walk out but still had vertigo. The woman didn't even walk us all the way to the lobby door. Seemed like she thought my daughters smug teenage shyness was some kind of personal animosity towards her and she just didn't wanna deal with her all together. She had no compassion for her being nervous and I felt awful trying to rush her thru the anxiety not wanting to seem like I coddle her cuz she's 16. The front desk staff was kind and appropriate. When I searched for the appointment to report issue thru the survey using the patient portal the entire thing was deleted. They called the person that issued the request for labs and told them they'd have to send me another one. Now I'm having to find out what it costs to rid a car of bed bugs and treat my house because I have no idea if it fell out of her pants before we got to the car or if it was in the car. The scary thing is what sickness the bugs are passing between patients. Yes I made sure I retraced where we went and that she was sure she began feeling at this location. I'm saying something so you guys treat the chairs. I pray it didn't hitch hike home with her."

"This place is absolutely amazing !! I hardly write reviews but this place deserves it! I go to our regular doctors office, urgent cares and the ER. Usually we get sent home with nothing. But the nurses and doctors here are absolutely wonderful. They always figure out what’s wrong with my babies and prescribe the right meds and get them back to their normal selfs. Not to mention how incredibly patient they are with my kids. When they see they are getting restless they give them stickers and legos to keep them occupied. They make sure my children feel safe and happy and use little distracting when checking ears, doing swabs Ect. This is where I’ll continue to bring my children when they are sick. Thank you so much !!"
