"I called his office without an appointment and without any advance notice and they got me in that moment. To say the least Dr B and his staff ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. They've always treated my wife & I with the upmost respect. He even came in on his day off to take care of me and that isn't something that you'll find in the young Dr's today. Now he's brought his son-in-law on board and he's got the best Dr to learn from the practice will definitely benefit from him on board. Thank you Dr B for all you do for me and my family."
"Dr Basali - Good doctor, most nurses good, WAY OVERBOOKS APPOINTMENTS. Have had 3 appointments; Consultation appt. was hour late, 1st Procedure was an hour + late, 2nd Procedure appointment was today at 9:45, waiting room FULL, waited in hallway, was finally taken back at 12:13. They scheduled 40 procedures today with unknown number on consultation. I’d suggest packing your lunch except you can’t eat 4 hours prior. Fact 1 - this is true. Fact 2 - I will not return."

"Dr Basalli is amazing. He is so kind and caring. I would not be walking without him. I had several issues with pain in my back, hip, knee, and neck. With his management, I can walk again. He has a gift to help people. Sometimes he runs behind because he does his job right. No short cuts He really cares about his patients and their best interest is always top priority. I just trust him. He has never failed me yet. Been with him about a year. My husband, daughter, and friends all go to him. All positive experiences."
