"They deserve far more than just a 5-star rating. To say this place and people are amazing is definitely an understatement. They truly care for each and every child individually and have shown so much love to my kiddos, I am so grateful. I can't imagine being anywhere else! Thank you so very much, Kids & Giggles, for keeping our children happy, healthy, safe and loved! This is a big job for anyone or any place, and they certainly do it well! I have a lot of respect for each and every staff member, and would highly recommend them to anyone!"

"We can't say enough good things about Kids & Giggles. It's been transformative for our son and our family - he comes home smiling and eager to chat about his teachers and peers. In the time he's been there, we have watched him blossom in his social and linguistic development - the program has inspired curiosity, creativity, and confidence. The staff are all dedicated, kind, and passionate - we have incredible peace of mind knowing that he's safe and well-cared for by a fabulous team!"

""you get what you pay for" turned into turning us into collections over a 73$ "missed payment" the week COVID hit that place and they sent everyone home and no kids were there. Then harassed us about payment when we were told it was free and turned into collections after just two weeks."

"deserves no stars. multiple incident reports, some which l weren't made aware of until l went to pick up my child. Made payments and they tried claiming l didn't even though I have proof of payments. they've threatened me MULTIPLE TIMES. made a post looking for another daycare, and they threatened to kick my child out if I didn't take MY POST DOWN, THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM! TRASH. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. 800/mo and they say you get what you pay for, clearly that's not true. feed your kid. a PB&J and that's it yet receive funds from government yet feed children bare minimum daily. my child was ALWAYS hungry, bleeding, or covered in marks. spend 2-3 hrs of the 8 1/2 hr days napping and threw a fit bc l asked them to not let my child sleep that long. trash"

"I attended Perky’s when I was in elementary through middle school. My son was attending another day care facility where he was bullied and the teacher turnover was almost every month. I moved him to Kids and Giggles where he is more than thriving, building great friendships, and the teachers are so friendly and attentive. In fact, when I enrolled my son, Bonnie remembered me! I love how she is an advocate for anti-bullying and truly enforces that through the staff and facility. We even referred one of our greatest family friends to become a teacher, and she loves working with the kids. In late May, the preschool had a graduation where each child had their moment in the spotlight and they all got caps and gowns! It was so well done and made the kids feel confident. They stick with their day to day curriculums and schedules, but if there’s a special occasion or day to celebrate, they craft and have luncheons. They just held a trike-a-thon where the kids got to bring their bikes. The amount of care and organization with this place is everything I would want for my son. He went from an establishment he feared and dreaded to a place where he has great friendships and prepares him for Kindergarten. For anyone with children attending Wooster Township, they also partner with Kids and Giggles. It’s hard work contributing to so many children’s lives, but they do a wonderful job. We love it there and can’t thank them enough for their hard work!!"
