"The ladies at the Nationwide Pediatrics lab at St. Rita’s are AMAZING! When your little ones has to have labs done it’s never ideal. On top of that, add on the struggle of having a little one who has language delays and has difficulty with understanding what’s happening. When I took my son originally on Tuesday they had attempted labs but were unable to get anything so they asked me to bring him back on Thursday. Being completely transparent, I wasn’t very happy, it went about as bad as it could’ve. However, they took it upon themselves to call in a nurse, who was on vacation, to come in Thursday JUST for my son. She didn’t have to do that. She could’ve said no, but she came in on her day off just to help my little guy. She was AMAZING! She got it right away and was so kind and professional the entire time. I’m VERY selective with who I take my son to due to some bad experiences we’ve had in the past with people who don’t specialize in pediatrics. The ladies at this particular lab have always went above and beyond to make it right and treat both of my boys with kindness. Such a gem to have one close to home! Highly recommend if you have a young one that ever needs lab work."

"Awesome experience today with my one year olds blood draw. No tears or pain! They distracted him with bubbles, toys and songs and drew his blood quickly and efficiently! I would give these ladies 10 stars if I could!"
"We found our new favorite lab!! The employees were so kind and welcoming. My 8yr old needed labs done and recently went through a traumatic blood draw in the ER. I’m so glad we decided to try this one out. Ms. Sue was amazing! She made my child feel relaxed and at ease. Afterwards she gave us stickers, pencils and made a bookmark! This lab is for any age too! (Just verify insurance) They said they even have 70 year olds come in. They only use “baby needles” so it’s much easier on the patients. We highly recommend this office."
