"edit: Dr. Fulton is attentive, cool, understanding. He was able to resolve a lot of my issues. Nurse staff and office staff is still terrible. The office manager was only concerned about my review. I said "Thank you for working through this. I imagine it was just a misunderstanding as Dr. Fulton had a new MA in the middle of all of this" Their response: "With COVID staffing is hard, and sometimes patients have some difficulty understanding that. I'm concerned with that review and making sure you feel like things were handled appropriately" AKA I don't give a crap about you or your issues, just this review. Well here it is to stay.... Issues I've had: Misdiagnosis of PEI from mis-read fecal elastase. Did not post any of my medical records, then argued with me that they were in the portal. Told me I was not tested for H. Pylori. Only to find out I was. Go somewhere else."
