"Been waiting in urgent care for over two hours even though I had a scheduled appointment. Seems like the staff either does care, or doesn't know how to run a functional system. Multiple people were seen before me, even though my appointment was scheduled for before theirs. I am not one to write reviews, but when I schedule an appointment around my work schedule with the expectation that I'll be seen around the time of my pre-scheduled appointment and end up having to cancel my afternoon, that is an issue"

"People are so friendly and understanding, considerate and so caring. Making sure I was comfortable and content with doing this procedure, I'm lucky to have these people choose me to take care of!!"

"Our family has been going to this location for several years. Over the last 2 years the level of service and competence has gone down dramatically. Randomly last year during the height of the first wave COVID crisis the Doctors randomly changed my husbands blood pressure medication with no explanation as blood pressure was in control on current dosage. My husband questioned it and the receptionist or practioner swore to my husband that it was indeed correct. He followed the new prescription. Shortly after taking the updated prescription - my husband developed a severe case of Gout. He called the medical center for help and they directed him to go to a med center as they were not taking appointments. After researching online - it was found that the medication that was doubled was known to cause gout and could cause kidney stones. He had a kidney stone shortly after being prescribed the doubled medication. After finally getting an appointment with the doctor it was found that the doubling of the prescription was indeed an error and that the water HCZT component was supposed to eliminated. The doctor blamed the mistake on the office staff - nurse practitioner. Medication was changed to what was intended and everything seemed to be working well. In March 2021 the office contacted him that his doctor has taken a leave of absence and that they wanted for him to see nurse practioner. He asked to see another doctor and they said none were available. He said then I need to cancel his appt and find new doctor. He called to cancel the visit with nurse practioner & 1 week later and they said now they had a doctor available. Long story short - they would not refill his prescription and he went for 1 week gapped of his prescription. Our whole family has changed to new doctors in the Cleveland Clinic System."

"This is a convenient location. So much closer than driving to Cleveland. The building seems fairly new. Plenty of places to park. There's also a drop off area that's covered. One side has a Urgent Care center, UH."

"The doctors are mediocre at best, quick to rush you out the door regardless of wether or not your issue has been addressed. To make matters worse, the patient advocates are anything but helpful, and are merely there to advocate for the doctors and hospital. Do not waste your time sitting in their waiting rooms. A shameful way to run a business."
