"Don’t even deserve 1 star! Lady at front desk is the worst. This office makes no sense as far as their policies! Have been waiting to get my results from an emergency room visit for over a month. They require a Dr visit and then re schedule at their convenience. When asked to see a different Dr. Due to their scheduling issues they say that it’s not allowed. So when I asked to just switch Dr’s, they said no you have to see the same one or go to a different office! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere where they put you and your health above all else."

"Went for a COVID TEST. Had one a week earlier that was negative. Had consistently felt worse everday and my husband was positive. Also two other people I had direct contact with was positive. I was told that they wouldn't retest me since I had already had a test. The nurse was very nice, said she was sure I had it, and she could have the doctor check my lungs and heart so I said, okay. The doctor came in and asked me why I was there and what did I want her to do. I told her what the nurse said. She said, oh, you could have anything! Listened to my heart for a second and did listen to my lungs. Said I was ok. She was so irritated that she even had to see me. Will never go back!! By the way, I came home and later spiked a fever of 102. I was fine! Funny! I get health care workers are stressed but people shouldn't be treated like they are annoying to the doctor."

"I went here for a covid-19 test. The lady at the front desk was nice, but the nurse was very rude. She scolded me for not taking ibuprofen that day (I’ve been trying that for days), and scolded me for not masking at work (I’m not required to mask at work, because I work in a hot kitchen). I waited about half an hour for the doctor to come in. She was nice, but seemed very rushed. Overall, this visit wasn’t the greatest, and I won’t be coming back to this UH location."

"This was the worst doctors office I’ve every been too. The doctors are completely incompetent. Every time I have been here they have not helped me at all. My last appointment was scheduled for 2:50. The doctors office set me a confirmation at 3:10 so I showed up at 3 and they said they couldn’t see me. After leaving work early to make this appoint this is the last straw and them refusing to see me after their ADMITTED MISTAKE. I will never step foot into this joke of an office!"
