Shelly offered high definition licenses which were more than what I usually have purchased but I am amazed at how well I can see now. Thanks again we will be back!"

"I was pretty satisfied overall with my care here. Dr. Durkin is very thorough, professional, and was able to get my eyeglasses prescription dialed in even better than the last place I went to. The staff was able to get my wife and I scheduled in a timely manner. The only thing I would recommend focusing on is the front desk staff. I felt they were overall very nice, but they seemed to have a short tone in their voice that made me feel as if any questions I had were a nuisance. The only other thing I would fix is the fact I had to schedule an appointment 3 days out to just try on a pair of frames. Note: This was a special case for me. They ordered frames to try on and then I had to make an appointment for three days after they had been received. Overall this is a good place to come to if you need a thorough eye exam."

"I recently moved back to the area and needed a new optometrist. I called and spoke with a very friendly person over the phone to set up my appointment. She mailed me new patient paperwork so I didn't have to sit in the office and fill it out on appointment day. When it came time for my visit, I was greeted in a professional manner. From the receptionist, to the assistant/tech, to the doctor, I had a very enjoyable experience. Dr. Durkin made me feel at home and I was extremely pleased with the entire visit. I strongly recommend Dr. Durkin, Dr. Snow, and the entire office. A+"

"I have been seeing Dr. Snow for over 10 years. When I made the first phone call to the office for an appointment, because of my eye condition, there was no hesitation on the part of the staff member to get me into the office quickly! (I had called one other eye care provider before calling Dr. Snow's office and was told I couldn't be seen for 4 days!!) I appreciate the staff's friendly customer service since we all know it's that first point of contact that can sometimes determine if a customer will want to return to a business. Dr. Snow always treats me with the utmost respect, is very knowledgeable, patient when I have questions and makes certain that I understand the things that we discussed about my eye care. I would definitely recommend his services!"
