"Rachel was helpful, I have deep viens and she was able to find my vein in my hand. Quick, simple and easy process. Check in was easy. Dont pay attention to be bad reviews. Once you are in they take care of you right away. Managament: Please create a large sign for a the location."

"The people that work here have made my pregnant wife miss two appointments because they don’t show up on time, my wife was told to be there at 7:30, she left at 8:00 when nobody showed up and the doors were still locked. Management obviously can’t do their job and make sure employees show up to work"

"This place shouldn’t even be in business. Some of us take off work, use PTO, find sitters etc to show up on time for our SCHEDULED appointments. I even had to fast for this at 7 months pregnant. Just for nobody to show up. They show open from 7:30am-4:30pm and I scheduled my appointment with them for 7:50am so I could get to work after and use a half day of PTO however nobody was there and the doors were locked. After checking out other reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue. Avoid this lab if you can!"

"I had to come to Quest in Stow for a few appointments. I'm a hard stick (butterfly veins), so getting blood drawn is always an anxious task for me since it usually takes multiple pokes. Rachel immediately eased my nerves and got me in one go! After coming back for other appointments, at my most recent one, I didn't even realize she had done the job! I was astonished!! I've never felt more care free getting blood drawn before! I would go to Rachel for every draw for the rest of my life if I could."

"I used to come here when it was Lab care Plus and despite a different check in process, I had a good experience. I was able to reserve a time slot online about an hour prior. I checked in on my phone and waited 5 minutes in the lobby. They also have a kiosk, which replaces a receptionist. The person who took my blood verified that my insurance was in network and did a great job drawing blood. I got my results in less than two days."
