"Doctors do not stick up for patients knowing most of his office staff and nurses act as they are entitled rude people, who have no bedside manner or people skills and act as though they hate their jobs. If this practice goes out of business it will be for that reason. Dr Dalson Seibert is a good Dr, however in at least my wife’s situation he should have taken her side, instead of some hag nurse who works in “Triage”, whatever that means in a family practice, and who gets an almost sick pleasure in delivering bad news to someone in a compromised mental situation regarding their medical health on a Saturday when no one can be called to inquire about sea hags words."

"Unprofessional and rude staff. Failed to update my medical records with important post surgery data. Called me in to complete a physical a month after having my annual physical done, had no record of my previous visit. Staff blamed me for not informing them of previous visit. Additionally, never provided any guidance when i was coming off a RX because the FNP "wasn't familiar" with the medication. Horrible experience."

"I had been a patient since 2004 and I was late to my appointment last week. The doctor said I needed to reschedule. In 19 years, I was never late. I know this because I just received a letter indicating that I was not charged a missed appointment fee the first time, but the second time I would be charged. This practice runs a pretty tight ship, which is understandable. I run a pretty tight ship, too, so I’m giving this practice 1 star and I easily found a new provider just down the road. I have been made to wait a few minutes here and a few minutes there for many of my appointments over the years, but I never complained because these things happen and people may need extra time for their health needs. Family Physicians’ zero tolerance policy is amusingly hypocritical and rigidly impersonal. Had I known that I was under such scrutiny over the last 19 years, I would’ve kept better notes about all the times my providers gave me less than stellar treatment. Shame on me, I suppose, for supporting this practice for as long as I did."

"Kudos to Scott in the Medical Records department....My wife and I are retired full-time RVers and had to fax some information into our doctor this week. Scott did an excellent job following-up with our doctor and ensuring the matter was addressed. He also spoke to us with courtsey and kindness."

"What practice charges a $50 cancellation fee because something unavoidable at work popped up, but expects their patients to wait OVER a month for an appointment to go over test results? Not to mention the first physician I had at the practice and his insanely inept and unprofessional bedside manner as I was managing my own health issue while my wife was going through infertility issues years back. This is not an indictment on Dr. Farley (my latest physician) or some of the nurses, as they have been wonderful, however my experience with the rest of the practice leads me to not recommend Family Physicians to ANYONE."
