"Dr.Patel saw our daughter in the hospital after birth and we loved her immediately. She has taken such good care of Ella and even reassures me I am doing a good job. She has great bedside manner and Ella loves her. We hope to have her as our pediatrician for a long time. We have seen two other doctors at this practice and had great experiences overall. I highly recommend Dr.Patel."

"Awful place and experiences over the years. They are always running behind and you have to sit and wait forever. No one even has the decency to let you know they are running behind and it will be a minute. They even laughed at me when I asked if something was going on that was holding them up. It’s super nice to have a sick kid and then be laughed at while you’re trying to get him looked at so you can get him some medicine to feel better. The place is falling apart, and you can hear everybody in the rooms beside you. Thanks Dr Shaw, But we will be going elsewhere going forward."

"My family absolutely LOVES Dr. T. We’ve been going to him for 20+ years. He was the on call Dr when my first son was born and saw us in the hospital, and we loved him from the start, just kept him as a Doctor. As my daughter is getting older she prefers to see a woman, so she really likes Dr. Patel. Dr. Ram is great too, very kind and thorough. We’ve not had any dealings with Dr. Shaw to be able to give an opinion on him, but the other three are wonderful, kind, and very thorough Doctors! Highly recommend!!"

"They are okay. They get us in if needed quickly which I like. But as a first time mom, I feel like I get judged when asking questions. Nurses have always been nice, Doctors Ram and Shaw aren't rude but not super friendly."

"I’m new to the Canton area. Originally from Arizona. Had my first baby last year and chose this facility after trying one before. I have yet to be pleased with the doctors. As a first time mom I’ve been in for her regular visits but whenever she’s been sick the doctors can act a bit rude. Besides the nurse assistants/ nurses seem to do the bare minimum and lack in customer service skills. My last visit the nurse was actually pretty interactive. I usually see Dr. Ram. After the last couple visits we might have to change doctors. The first couple visits she never seemed rushed. But that has changed and I know it can get busy at any doctors office but it’s the way it’s handled that matters. They seemed rushed and referred to my girl as “him” a few times. I did a virtual session recently since I was diagnosed with COVID and my daughter was showing symptoms but it just seemed like an inconvenience. It’s just very discouraging especially as a first time parent you’d think they’d have some patience and be a little bit more thorough. I get places get busy. I work for the public as well and I have ran a little behind myself but it’s absurd to deal with that every visit."
