"I’ve never seen a doctor shows such a lack of consideration for their patients. Over an hour wait then she calls in the main lobby and makes you explain your private situation in the main lobby. She tries to not see you inside her office and tries to diagnose you on the phone. Very unprofessional and disregards medical privacy. This is for the second doctor in her office."

"Poor response time and unable to obtain an appointment in a timely manner. I attempted getting set up as a new patient at her location in Green, dispite the reviews sher had regarding bad customer service. I called to set up an apt and they told me I had to fill out new patient paperwork and have my records reviewed before they could schedule me. A week later and im still waiting for them to mail me the forms they said they would mail. Then I physically went in to pick up and complete and drop off and then I waiting almost 2 week's for a call. I called them again and this time it was on the doctor's desk, buy the doc was on vacation. They basically strung me along for 6 weeks and delayed me 2 months before I could even get scheduled. Then because they could not renew a script since I hadn't been seen yet they called me with other doctors contacts and recommended I go elsewhere where I could get seen sooner so I could get me refill. At the time I was between doctors and couldn't get refill from the previous one either. Based on this service, I can only imagine if i had a true emergency how they would respond. They are too busy to handle their case load."

"Too many patients and no time to get in fast if needed. She is a good doctor just overwhelmed. Staff is the true let down. Staff communication is bad along with follow up. Forget to call orders or script and then blames other parties."
