"First, I was accused of showing up late after arriving on time. The nurse said I showed up 15mins late for my appointment. “If the next lady doesn’t show up, you can have her appointment, otherwise you’ll have to reschedule”. Then she changed her lie and told me I was 20mins late for the same appointment. I ended up getting to go back. Door closes. I was there for a condition that had caused me pain for years, just not knowing what it was until now. The doctor tried to convince me that I might have this or that before even taking a look. I was told to get undressed, and put this paper towel over you as we’re out of clean sheets, and I’ll be right back. When she came back, she brought the nurse with her, as if one person wasn’t uncomfortable enough. I informed the doc that i’m very sensitive in this state, and boom she’s already touching stuff and hurting me, bringing me to tears like “yup, you were right! I see why now.” Thankfully I got my referral:) Next, one of many receptionists at the desk helped me schedule my 6 month physical appointment. She seemed pissed that she had to do her job and make an appointment. She didn’t ask me whether I wanted to schedule with the doc I got last min today, or the one I’ve been seeing for years. When I realized it wasn’t with the right doctor, she seemed pissed all over again that she had to cancel and make a new appointment. She ripped my card in half and laid it on top of another ripped card… hmm. Then, I had to go collect a pee sample. I was told “first couple drops in the small cup, sanitize wipe, then finish peeing in the large cup.” I reiterated to make sure I had the instructions right. Yes, all good! When I come back, she was shocked how little pee was in the little cup. “First couple drops in here, right? That’s the first like 6 or so drops”. She said this is not enough for the test, and you’ve already sanitized so we can’t do it again. Making me feel bad after following instructions. Very unprofessional:/"

"We saw Dr Yusufi, I suppose I should’ve left when I had to clarify that my baby was 4 days old, not 4 months old…. I understand as a delayed vaccinator that I will take some heat but 45 minutes of telling me I was going to kill my child, I wouldn’t be able to keep track of what she’s gotten, she’s “fending for her life” was unnecessary. As she did the exam on my 4 day old infant she let my screaming child smack her head on the brick wall that the table was up against. She pushed her hips and legs down beyond what they could probably handle. As she check her reflex’s on my little baby’s back she almost dropped her. Dr Yusufi also told me I was “changing her diaper too much but it’s my money I’m wasting” what! Why does that even matter! Not to mention her better than you attitude, if you try to speak with your research she just interrupts you with why hers is better and you don’t know anything. Anyways, will not be going back. Drs like this are why people are turning to holistic medicine!! Do NOT take your babies here!"
