"I really like my doctor, however, the office ladies are not pleasant to speak with. I got Mykeicha's name mixed up with Mikayla and Jamie had to make sure she gave me the runaround of how I didn't know what I was talking about and all the names of the people who worked there. My apologies for mixing up a name... mistakes happen you know! This office is very disorganized. I had a scan done and it was faxed same day. I called and spoke with Emma and they would keep an eye out for it. One week later no call. I called and guess what? Never received it. It's bad enough it takes 3-4 weeks to get anything set up. I was never given an order number because the office likes to set up the appointments for you. Then they call 4 weeks later with a date and time that doesn't work and you start the WHOLE process over again unless you can pull strings to make the date work. Also, it takes forever to get your results. Both scans I have had results SAME DAY but yet it takes this office a minimum of 3 business days to read the results to you - causing even more backup. Leaving a voicemail is pointless because it will never get returned. Awful experience all around. I only came here because the SUMMA doctors were a 4 months wait to get an appointment. I've wasted two going on three here to get nowhere. I'd recommend trying a different office first."

"The doctors are great but the office staff is terrible. Good luck if you need an appointment after 4. They will tell you that 345 is their latest and then if you cancel one too many times because you cant make it they dismiss you . I've been a patient for years and over the last 3 years they've gotten some real rude and nasty people in the office. Drs Monteith, Wells, and Taylor were always phenomenal but this practice will continue to lose patients due to the office personnel."
