"Don't be afraid to bring a young child, the entire team went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my little one was comfortable and informed about the whole experience. My kid was having a really tough time not feeling well but the entire staff, from the front desk to the nurse to the attending physician were engaging with my little one and helping her feel comfortable. I awkwardly asked for everyone's names just to leave this review. I cannot thank Rachel, Katie, Hannah, and Sara enough (please excuse spelling mistakes!). Seriously a great experience."
"They were kind and quick. It was Christmas Eve and they were friendly and caring. One suggestion though, the walls are paper thin, I would recommend they be careful what they are talking about when not with the patients. I could hear everything."
"The staff was super helpful and pleasant. My wait time was short, the visit was quick but efficient. The facility was very clean and inviting. My issue was with the billing department. I had a question about my bill before I paid it because of a double charge on a test. I sent a message on the app because there was a drop down option for billing so I thought that I would be able to message them directly. I didn’t get a response to the first message so I sent a second a few days later and got a response a day or two after that to call billing directly. So I did and was sent to voicemail but it was a little later in the day so I called back the next day at an earlier time. I got voicemail again so I left a message to call me back. I waited a few days and didn’t receive a response so I called back and again was sent to voicemail and left another message. Several more days later, I called a fourth time. Voicemail. Again. I didn’t leave a message that time and just gave up. It’s been several weeks since my first call so I guess they won’t be getting back to me and I’m expected to pay for a possible double charge on the same test"

"They’re quick and easy to work with. The stuff are nice and friendly. My hubby and I had our DOT physical 6 months ago, then today I asked a copy for both hubby and I. I walk-in there without my hubby only with his license and they give me a copy in 2 mins. Thanks!"
