"I have been here 2 times...I dealt with Melissa the nurse practitioner. The staff is rude on the phone....I have had issues with infections for 5 months and all they want to do is keep putting me on antibiotics. I have fought them with every visit and every phone call. Begged them to do testing. But to no avail. They don't care about their patients health and well being, obviously. Because do you know what 7...yes 7 rounds of antibiotics does to a persons insides? I do! When you are referred to a urologist they are supposed to figure out the source of issue and solve the problem. But melissa and her group did absolutely nothing but cause me stress and make my problems worse. I have never been treated so poorly and disregarded in my life by a doctor and their staff. I do NOT recommend this office to ANYONE who actually wants to get better!"
