"I am on my 2nd clinical doctor, but I have always got the best doctors. It is small here but the service from everyone has always been with a smile and caring attitude. I wish we could keep our doctors here but they have orders too."

"Don’t go here if you need assistance quickly. If you have a simple problem that requires a urinalysis only it will take several days before they even call you back"

"If you can get in Dr's are great. When you have something wrong and really need to see Dr Goodluck getting a call back. Trying to transfer to Akron"

"Very inconsistent. High turnaround for physicians. Very poor continuity of care. Phone lines frequently down or calls dropped mid conversation. Scheduling conflicts not communicated until time of appointment, most notably Psych appointments which are extremely important."

"Well, I had a meltdown in their reception, and I'd say they handled it quite well. Lol. My husband is a veteran. He had undiagnosed mental health issues, as well as other disabilities. The VA was the one who really stepped up and finally got him and our family the support we needed. Most of it started in this clinic, and the Portage County veteran office. His ongoing care is mostly handled by this clinic and Wade Park so, I've got nothing but positive things to say. Thank you."
