"I would not recommend coming here. I went in with an issue with my eye and they didn't know the difference between a stye and pink eye. I was told I had a stye in my eye and it turns out I had a very bad case of conjunctivitis. How you're unable to diagnose something so simple is beyond me. I received a call shortly after posting this only to find out that the person who saw me forgot to call in a medication. I was also told that it was written as conjunctivitis but I was clearly told it was a stye. One other thing I'd like to point out is when I did see another doctor and get correctly diagnosed and told him that eye drops that I was prescribed I was told that those typically aren't prescribed for pink eye and was prescribed something else which within one day has provided me immense relief."

"DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible service. I stepped on a nail and yanked it out of my foot. Came here for a tetanus booster and to have the wound cared for. The nurse practitioner (and student shadow) saw me after nearly 3 hours. There were only two other people ahead of me. Anyway the nurse practitioner was an older male. He touched my wound with his BARE HAND. He didn’t wash his hands first, he did not have a glove. He and his shadow looked up every answer to every question I asked on their phones. He wanted me to give him all the answers to all my questions. He did not know anything at all about potential allergic reactions to the vaccines that I asked him about (egg and dairy allergy). Then he left and the other helper person came to give me my shot. No one cleaned my wound or bandaged it. I had to ask for bandaids in order to put my shoe back on and leave. I asked for ointment or alcohol pads to clean it before putting the bandaid on— they said they didn’t have anything like that (!!). Tonight (the next day!) I pulled additional skin / debris out of the wound myself— absolutely APPALLED by their ineptitude and lack of actual care. Why did I go there and pay them??? Do not go here. EDIT: I finally spoke with the manager yesterday after receiving a bill for my visit, which included items that did not occur… par for the course(11/27). She informed me that all those people that saw me no longer work there and that they have revamped the staff. She tried very hard to convince me to go back. That’s your call, I’m going someplace else. It looks like there have been a lot of positive reviews after I left mine, so perhaps you might have a better experience."

"UPDATE! I updated my rating to 5 stars because my issue was solved by the owner, personally! I appreciate what she did and I also appreciate the staff there. There is alot of sickness going around and the staff here is handling it great! I would give a higher score because staff is great and Dr is great, however trying to get them to send something to his chart so I can have proof for the school has been very frustrating..I've called 3 times, once to be told to open a chart, I did, 2nd time I was put on hold then disconnected 3rd time, still waiting for them to send something to chart"
