"**2/28/23 This will be my last update to this review as the service has gotten so terrible with promises of callbacks not being kept my whole family is leaving**!**1/23/21 Since they have started using the suma phone answering line it is very hard to get anyone to answer and when they do answer they are unfamiliar with the office** All of the doctors that I have seen at family medicine associates have been very professional and thorough. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and understanding. My whole family is thrilled to have them as our Dr."

"I had my first appointment here this past Monday. I needed a form filled out and Michelle Twomb2y was awesome. She explained that I would need to be seen for a full physical including blood work. She was up front in telling me what tests I would need to have done and did not judge me when I told her I had never gotten a Pap smear; she simply said that it would be taken care of at my next visit and made sure I scheduled with a female doctor since she doesn’t do this portion of the physical. My physical was booked before I left the office. I will be returning and would recommend this place to anyone. BTW, Taylor, the nurse, was great too."

"My review is not based on the business itself, it's based on a nurse practitioner that I was seen by. Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all. Some of the things that I have been diagnosed with, she had no knowledge about and after my list of symptoms that I went in with, she prescribed me with a pill that is not helpful for the main reason I went in with. She also made me feel bad and was very condescending. I wasn't supposed to see her and I wish I hadn't."
