"First time there she was sweet as pie... asked me if I wanted to try two new meds she thought it be best I agreed.. she said if they don't work when u come back in a week IL put u back on your meds.. OK... well I gave them a shot they did nothing at all I have bad anxiety and panic attacks I had to deal with for this time. So I go back in a weeks and she says you Need to go to a program. Really??? This lady is rude and disrespectful mean .... please don't waste your time unless you want to end up in a ward..... I took off back to NY and now seeing my real doctor 's.... please don't let her fool you... this whole place was a joke.... twenty different docs in one office... a poor girl was in tears crying at the front desk because she couldn't get her doc to fill her meds that she needed Daily... he was no we're to be found she winded up going to the hospital...wow... take my advice go elsewhere.."

"THIS REVIEW IS SPECIFICALLY FOR DR.EDEN. I can't speak for the other doctors, but Dr. Eden is the coldest, cruelest psychiatrist I have ever encountered. She bullied me into going to therapy, stating that she refused to prescribe me medication unless I agreed. She was judgmental, insulting and rude. I have a follow-up appointment with her that I will be cancelling. I'd rather go unmedicated than ever have to speak to this bitter woman again. I hope the other doctors in her practice are kinder and more compassionate than she."

"Younger women at the front desk was very rude and I almost walked out just because of her. I made this appointment a couple weeks prior to see Dr. Eden. There was never any mention of seeing ANYONE else from the practice ie; Therapist. When I got there for this very important appointment (mandatory for release from rehab by employer) after waiting a couple weeks i was met by Dr. Eden. I could tell something was wrong with her (seemed bothered) from the minute she got me from the waiting room. She took me straight to her office. She tells me that she can not see me because I was't being treated by one of their therapist. She claimed that I was told this when I made the appointment, I was not informed of this. So the obviously question is if I WAS told this, why did they/I keep the appt. and lose precious time? It was a terrible experience."
