"Receptionist is nasty and treats patients with little to no respect. After my appointments the doctors would “forget” to send my prescription orders to the pharmacy and when I would call to request that they send the order, the doctor would be gone for the day. Was off my meds for 48 hours because of this! Next day when I called, my doctor was not in again and the other doctor there ordered the incorrect amount and wouldn’t correct it with the pharmacy! My insurance only covers 90 days and she would only send a 30 day request which made me pay $5 a pill out of pocket!! The receptionist basically told me to deal with it because she couldn’t talk to the doctor about correcting the mistake in between scheduled appointments. What a joke! Don’t bother with them!"

"Don't waste your time. I have been going here for years and this is the last straw! Completely incompetent. Same day apts are a joke! Hopefully the Doctor has an apt up until they are closed at 4:30 or they will just go home early and not care to see anyone. Secondly, the pettiness in the office is absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully your actual doctor is there if you need to make an illness apt, otherwise, the doctors in the office can't see other doctors patients...Its in fear of the other doctors stealing patients. FYI...If people want the other doctors over you, maybe you are the problem!"

"Dr. Roberts is amazing. My few experiences with Dr. Weinstein have been great as well. I love that this is an all womens practice and me and my daughter can share the same doctor (she's 2months). Speaking from experience in reference to the previous reviewer, I called and talked to the receptionist before taking my newborn. They explained everything that I would need to do and prepare for with my insurance and her first visit. Later I received a $200 bill in the mail from the dr office and called to find out why. They had my insurance number in wrong, once it was put in correctly I've never had another issue. The staff here are amazing and always willing to help and reassure me. They always ask about my baby when I come in, and showed genuine concern and empathy when she came down with an aggressive form of thrush. My daughter the first 3 visits peed and pooed on the weight table (embarrassing!) and they assured me it was fine and nothing to be embarrassed about. They are so caring and sweet! I love that they have same day and next day appointments. This is the first doctor's office that I've been to that provides them and with a newborn is is SUCH a relief to be able to go in the same day or the next day for an appointment about a concern. Dr. Roberts is a lovely soul, and I am so blessed to have her as a doctor. I recommend her to everyone. She's never in a hurry, and always willing to address every concern and question I have. She's also willing to learn, and sometimes in doctors that's rare. I was concerned I had raynauds disease and she had never heard of it singularly affecting one region but said she would look into it. At the next appointment she said she had learned it could. I admire a doctor who does not assume they know it all. All in all if I could give this doctor's office 10 stars I would. They're amazing."

"Doctor experience was great, but their billing department is a crooked joke. My daughter got 4 shots, the bill was over $600. They charged more to administer the shots than the shots cost themselves. They also told me once price and was 3x that when the bill came."
