"Trying to get scheduled here became a confusing nightmare. Long story short: I had an in-person sleep study scheduled which got denied by my insurance in favor of doing an at-home study. They said they'd get everything switched over and call me back with the details. I literally called back 4 times because no one would get back to me and I would have an almost identical conversation with someone about "Ok, we're going to get you on the schedule for a week out so we can get it authorized and we'll call you back with further information" and then I would never hear from them again. So I would take the initiative to call and find out what was going on, and the cycle would repeat again. It became kind of bizarre. Like it was some sort of neverending loop. Eventually I had to tell them to delete me from their system/schedule entirely and I'm going to go back to my primary care physician to start over with a different sleep center."
"Had a lot of problems trying to get my at home sleep study scheduled. Finally succeeded at getting the equipment and completing the study but then also had trouble getting the results. They ended up saying the results were inconclusive and then scheduled me for an in person sleep study. They did not call me to give me any instructions for the in person sleep study so I had to guess what to bring. I tried calling them several times and could not get an answer. The sleep study itself was OK, the staff was nice and the room was better than I expected. I am guessing that maybe they are short staffed which could be the problem with taking so long to get scheduled and also taking so long to get the results."
