"I went to get an extraction. The doctor gave me numbing but didn’t give it time to numb. He went straight with the needle to add more numbing. I told him it hurt as tears rolled down my eyes. He ignore it. He gave me a couple mins and then came back to add more. This time I felt it less but there were areas it hurt still. Taking the tooth out they were aggressive and uncomfortable. When I came home and took out the gauze I noticed they took a chunk of my gum from the area they extracted. Not coming here ever. DO NOT COME HERE they are BRUTALS."
"So, its no secret that many people do not enjoy the dentist. I, myself, have major anxiety when it comes to having dental work done, but the pain I've been feeling I needed to do something. After an exam, I was placed on antibiotics for an infection and had an appointment for extractions a week later. I went to my appointment full of anxiety but I must shout to the world that Dr. Dai is the best dentist I've ever had hands down. His confidence cured my anxious thoughts and he had all 3 teeth out in a matter of minutes with no pain whatsoever. He was very patient and kind. He made me very comfortable and I could tell he really cared about helping me. I recommend this dentist office and any future procedures I have, I will request Dr. Dai. Thank you LDG."
"Dr.. Farag filled one of my cavities. I was extremely nervous switching to this dental office. She was very calming and went over everything with me to make sure I was comfortable during my procedure."
"Been coming here for 20 years. The wait has horrible. An hour long wait for a cleaning everytime, shows that they need to change their time allowed on the schedule for the hygienists. They clearly like to take their time, which is fantastic as a patient when you're the one being seen! So change the amount of time allowed for these visits on the schedule, and they wouldn't have so many issues with backing up. The hygienist use slow, then make her schedule suit her work."
"Not one to write reviews but this Dental office is not to be recommended! The wait time is always a ridiculous wait and over booked. I had an appointment that was canceled last month and asked to reschedule to today and I drove 40 minutes to a cleaning appointment and sat for 30 minutes for them to ask to reschedule again after I was already there."
