"Got my blood taken here for my OBGYN in the office and they lost it…how do you lose someone’s blood test? They are saying it was never sent or never taken. Which I think I would know if I got my blood taken or not in office. They want me to get it taken again and I refuse to have my blood drawn again because they lost it. I’ve never experienced this with any other health care provider before. I also cannot get ahold of anyone at the office via phone either."
"My daughter came down with strep - I messaged our regular pediatrician from this location who was out of the office but responded with options for me (super kind) Then the office reached out to ME before I called them and made my daughter a same day appt. I was blown away by the service. I'm a former MH employee and still prefer this system to others. I cannot speak highly enough about this office- super convenient, awesome staff and providers, grom front desk to the MDs - it's a great place!"
"The office is a bit different from most other doctors’ offices I visited. The reception area is not clean. the chairs are dirty with spots on them. The receptionist was not well trained as didn’t give me the receipt before I asked her. My conversation with the doctor was fine until I was changed for two office visits for one visit. The phone call was about what medication I needed to use based on the blood test results. It was the same subject. My previous doctor always ordered blood work before the visit so that they would have the test results at the time I visited them, and they called me sometimes and never charged me as a visit. Another thing is that the office is not organized. I sent messages to them, I could not have an answer. I requested a physical exam instead of a visit, they ignored my request and scheduled a visit, no one called and no message confirmation. I finally had to go to a different doctor. The place needs a qualified office manager and staff."
