"Office staff are rude and totally unprofessional. The office "manager" hung up on me twice after asking her why the correct dosage of my medication STILL had not been sent to the pharmacy. Its been more than 2 months! How dare i ask! It's not like I take some narcotic! I will go elsewhere. You should too. Save yourself the headache."

"Dont go to this hospital because front desk worker is doing her job there.. I dont know why they are keeping her there.. and that same person there, her voice turned to aggressive when I didnt understand her(English is my second language) and then They dont send my medicine form to insurance so I cant get medicine for 8 days and I dont know when they will do their job and I can get my medicine and I have I wish I could give 0 star for this place. I m in rheumatic pain and I cant get medicine because of a worker there.."

"The doctor is good but the office is disorganized and inefficient. There is only one person between two offices to complete paperwork for prior authorization. It’s been one week and insurance still hasn’t Rex paperwork. Staff was rude and gave differing answers until pressured to explain the situation."

"I’d love to see Dr. Haddad, but the answering service and office secretaries are terrible at their jobs. You are losing money and patients because of their laziness. I called 2 times (a few days apart) and left voice messages, sent a message through the website, and even emailed with the office manager and she spoke with your secretaries. 2 days later, still no call back. I’ll find a new doctor, but if you value your reputation and making money, they are killing it."

"I have had several experiences at Premier. All extremely positive. From the receptionist (very nice personality) to the lab phlebotomist whom is excellent at her job) Radiology (mammography and stress test, to EKG. This is a very nice group of providers. They do an excellent. job. They are busy and sometimes they have a patient that may need additional services but they try very hard to meet your appointment time. If they run into an issue, they will contact you and ask if you can come in later. Unlike the mega center hospitals, there is no facility fee charge and their fees are reasonable. The center is very easily accessible with plenty of parking."
