"Unfortunately I’m unable to leave 0 stars! Make sure to check any upfront out of pocket expenses you will have. I have always been made aware up front if my insurance doesn’t cover the contact lens exam/fitting until I went here. With previous insurance I have paid an additional $20-$30 for the contact lens exam/fitting but I have always been told upfront. My husband and I had an appointment 2/1/24 and AFTER our exams we were told that our total for the visit was $166.00, this total was a $10 copayment for the routine eye exam and $73 for the contact lens exam/fitting. After calling to get a phone number to corporate I was offered a refund for the $73 dollars we were each charged. When I went in for the refund I was told they have to wait to see what the doctor bills/charges but they knew from the start we were both getting contact lenses so they didn’t need anything from the doctor to know that our insurance doesn’t cover the contact lens exam/fitting."

"The Clarkson Eyecare store was new to our neighborhood so I dropped in one day to see if they took my insurance. They did and I was seen the same day. Staff members were all excellent and I had a great experience with all from the front desk to the eye doctor to the fitting for my glasses. Thank you!"

"This is where I will go now for all my eye care. Dr. Fath knows her craft well. And the front end staff were great, especially Sarah at the Centerville office near Costco. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we got what we needed and wanted."

"I have never had a bad experience here before. But, something has changed from my previous visit. I was greeted with attitude the moment I made my way to the front desk. I was about 8 minutes late (of which I had explained could happen due to my job and the reception had said not to worry when scheduling the appointment). Guess I should have worried. From being snapped at and reminded over and over I was late, to being told in a reprimanding tone to wait, to the angry shuffling of papers, to rudely having paper work pushed at me and spoken to in a manner as I have put them at great inconvenience created an experience I did not wish to spend my money on. I chose to leave and doubt I will reschedule."

"Called for appointment and was seen 4 days later! I was so impressed on how fast I got in! Office was clean and the staff was super nice and friendly! The Eye Doctor she was amazing! Never had someone educate me on eye care and prevention. This office uses new state of the art equipment! I would and have recommended this office to my friends and family!!"
