"The brace and technician were great. The office staff not responsive. My husband has memory issues and forgot his wallet. I said I would email the manager photos of his insurance information. I did that when I got home asking her to confirm receipt. I heard nothing. I called the next week and the person said I had sent it to the wrong person because she was on vacation. So I sent it to the girl I talked to and asked her to confirm receipt. Nothing. I called to confirm that the brace had even been ordered. She said they had it and confirmed our appointment. When my husband presented his cards they said they already had them. I was not impressed. The person who fitted his brace could not have been more professional. The brace works well. I was just frustrated with the office staff. Also they never answer the phone. One must always leave a message."

"My youngest daughter had to wear a helmet during her development. They were wonderful with her and us. We were very nervous and concerned on how she would do with a helmet 23 hours a day. They explained everything thoroughly and put our minds at ease."

"Young girl was cocky and patronizing. Said I couldn't get refitted for braces for three years despite the fact I had lost 80lbs and had a recent fracture of both bones in my left lower leg (7 pieces and not placed back together). My braces do not fit properly and they make me a fall risk. Girl said "you can get new shoes " with a big grin on her face. These braces made by Hanger are far inferior to the ones made by Cleveland Clinic. They are frequently falling apart where the Cleveland Clinic braces never gave my a problem"

"My braces are too loose and hurt my legs. I had a double lung transplant 6 months ago and needed these braces after being in the ICU a MONTH because i had drop foot. I tried without success to get these replaced. First, Dawn rescheduled me last week the SAME DAY i had the appointment. So i came today. After talking to Dawn she said they won't measure me without a prescription. I got my mother on the phone to which Dawn told her, 1) that I made the appointment for a "readjustment" and not new AFO's. 2) That since it was 2:45 and i arrived at 2:30 she was done for the day. Then she "readjusted" my braces. Which is fancy talk for supergluing more stick on them. And she also said she likes to think "positive". So after basically saying b.c it was about 10-15 minutes after my scheduled arrival, she said she was done. But she did have the nerve to downplay my transplant by saying my drop foot won't last forever and hey if it does we can always try next Feb! These people have given me nothing but trouble and i will be taking my needs elsewhere. I feel sorry for people that have more serious problems and have to deal w/ such unprofessional b/s."
