"I think you should rethink before going here. I saw Dr weber (kind but needs more education). My SO saw Dr. Shaffer. Again kind but needs more education...We both have bad scoliosis. We both told the Dr's where our issues were. Dr shaf wanted my SO to do an EMG (which has nothing to do with his issues) and Dr weber just wanted to toss me off to physical therapy. He legit knew I did not have a clavicular deformity causing my arm/back burning pain but said he was just going to say that to PT so they could figure out my issue. That's YOUR JOB. Sure enough we both got x rays with a chirpractor. Our bones are misaligned from our scoliosis and the current job I had. Dr weber was testing me for carpeltunnel which I told him I did not have. My arm pain is bc my ulna is not in the correct spot etc. Turns out my other issue is due to eating too much fruit and that causes a great deal of inflammation since we aren't meant to have fructose. Guess who figured all this out? A chiropractor in North olmsted. You both are kind, but really need to understand the human anatomy if you are going to be a doctor and charge as much as you do. You need to learn how to do a physical properaly and not just the "norm". I wish all the patients that read this good luck and I hope someone actually helps you and doesn't take your hope away again the way these doctors did for us. I'm glad I did not go back here "

"I called the office to confirm a virtual appt. I got treated as if I was dumb by the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered. I wanted to make sure we can do the appt over the phone instead of a video because our internet is going in and out for the past week. She made it seem as if I was making her job more difficult by one question and request."

"The nurse practitioner is good here. However if you make an appointment still be prepared to wait. I had to wait 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. The staff is rude and unorganized. They took a week to get blood results back and then failed to follow through with my paperwork resulting in a $600 surchange on my medical plan premium I had to get reversed. I also don't like that they shove you into a scheduling room right after your original appointment to get something else fixed in their network.. Ex: eye exam, dentist appointment, or obgyn.. I will never return here."

"If you need to get in quickly forget about it. They are so overbooked it is ridiculous. I normally try to see Doctor Schaeffer, who is a good doctor, but I can rarely see him. If I am sick often have to defer to whoever is available. So much for family Doctors. I was just in the Hospital for 2 days with Pneumonia and saw Doctor Schaeffer and was told to make a follow up appointment with him. Called in March 21 to set up appointment and told the lady it was for a followup appointment after being released from the hospital for pneumonia by Doctor Schaeffer. The best she could do was end of April unless I wanted a different Doctor. Really, end of April????!!!!!! Gee hope I am totally healthy by then. And no I don't want to see another Doctor....What the hell....this office keeps nothing open for followups or last minute illness. Just a bunch of cattle being hearded in and out. I get better and more attentative caring when I go to Walgreens minute clinic then I do here. Done with OMG....Madder than hell at this place not that they give a damn!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"They take tri-care insurance. Now customers have to check in at a kios. Very entertaining to watch elderly patients try to use the kios. I'm not a fan of the kios. At least it's fun to watch the front desk staff waste more time helping explain the kios then if they just did it the old fashioned way. Lol. Best way to make an appointment is to drive there and do it in person. You will spend more time on the phone. They have a lab and xray in the office. Dr plank was the best. I wish him the best in his retirement."
