"Great practice. Easy scheduling. They work with you to get the best out of your insurance. Knowledgeable staff and doctors. I've been going here for 35 years and always been happy with it."

"I have been going to Gemini Eye Care for a number of years and have found them to be an excellent provider. My prescription is always great and the staff is welcoming, helpful and never hurry you. I have never had a bad experience, so they are a five out of five!"

"The women who sit at the front desk have the worst customer service skills. (Especially the one wearing the winged eyeliner) For one, I am a patient at this office and the energy they give off is HORRIBLE!! However, the women who helped fix my frame and pick out my frame are friendly, wonderful and have great customer service skills. Today, my husband picks up my contacts for me and he walks in the door and tells me I don’t know who those ladies are who sit at the front desk but they have the worst customer service skills. Now what I find funny is I never informed him about my experiences at Gemini. I don’t know maybe they’re just unfriendly to the people of color. Regardless, I have decided I will never get services there again and to add Dr. Egbert doesn’t give the best energy either. You would think if you spend that much time in front of someone’s face you have more to say then “can you see that?” Horrible energy! The first time I visited this location it was over 15 years ago and don’t recall any issues. So, I decided to get my eyes examined there because it’s really close to my neighborhood. Now I have had an eye exam there a contact exam there received glasses and picked up my contacts. These women are horrible. I will not be back. I’ve experienced this enough."

"Don’t have insurance. Had contact lens exam. They did not give me my prescription. Paid for images taken of eye. Dr. Never went over my images or looked at them. Told me to get astigmatism-Toric- lenses would cost me extra. Over charged for regular contacts. Told that Acuvue Oasys lenses were being discontinued by Acuvue. Called back to get my prescription and she acted like I wasn’t suppose to get the prescription. These people paid $617 of which $350 is contacts. Called to have the order canceled. Buying toric lenses from 1800contacts. The place is not in the business of health for your eyes- they want to gouge you for money. Update. They refunded my money and gave me my prescription to order contacts."
