"Came into the minute clinic for strep. Kelly and Hailey were wonderful to deal with in the clinic. They were kind and informative. My appointment was on time and quick. My problem was with the pharmacy. I asked at the counter if I needed to drop off my prescription if I was seen there. I was told no and to wait, they'd call my name. It was very busy. When I got to the front of the line the teller tried to bill me without asking questions. She was visibly frustrated with me when I said I wanted to use an Rx card. I was shuffled to another teller and then told to go to the back of the line again. Never had a pharmacist not try to save me money before, let alone get frustrated with me for doing so."
"Their pharmacy is absolutely awful. I don't know what their issue is but my prescription was suppose to be filled 5 days ago. They said they can't get the medicine which I don't understand because the other CVS I go to has no issue getting it. My guess would be they called once and they never called back to check on it. They take forever to answer the phone. I was on hold for over ten minutes. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Some guy named Kevin is who I have been dealing with, not sure if he is the pharmacist or the tech but he is definitely not taking care of the situation."
"Horrible wait times in the drive thru, if the drive thru is even open. They DO NOT answer their phone. The only way to get them on the phone is to call their provider line. If you can use ANY other pharmacy, I would suggest going that route. I’m stuck using CVS because of my insurance. I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with this place."
"Unhelpful, incompetent, non caring staff. Stay away. Waited on phone for 90 min to speak w pharmacist, finally drove to store while still on hold. Drive up window was closed due to insufficient staffing. Went inside using a Walker, stood in line for 20 min and was told they were out of my medication even though MD submitted order 3 days ago. Billed three different amounts for same prescription even though I have 2 pharmacy insurance cards."
