So we left and went to a very good and reasonable vet that actually doesn't treat your pet like it is not anything special. They not only saved her but saved all 5 of her babies. They saved her life completed a c-section, spaded her for me and was all done for under $700. HUMBLE CREATURES in Canton. PUTS THIS PLACE TO SHAME..."

"The vets here are very nice people. They make sure you know what's going on every step of the way. The waiting room options are very flexible, you can even wait in your car after being checked in. Helped my baby out too. General admission isn't too pricey, either. Much love."

"Spent a few hours there, from midnight to 4am this morning. My cat had issues so day or night you take care of your kid. This wasn't my 1st visit here over the many years and won't be my last. The staff of this hospital is first rate in professionalism, understanding and above all talent. We were well cared for last night but more importantly my cat was also. I think every pet owner would pay anything to ease their animals suffering and a all night hospital could easily take advantage of those emotions to pad the bills. Metropolitan has never treated us like that in any of our visits. You will pay more at 2 am than 2 pm anywhere so that's expected but they have never taken advantage of us that way. Thank you for all you do for our animals. Thank you most of all for being available 24 hours. You are all fantastic people."

"They billed me 300$ and sent me home with a dying kitten. I drove over an hour to bring 13week kitten in for seizures, told them what happened and that she had just had her FLK shot. They took her back and I waited for 6hours in the lobby without word. I finally got to talk to someone only for them to have me tell them what I already said when we came in and leave. Another hour later the vet working on her called me on the phone(still in the lobby rt) and said they have no clue what's actually wrong with her but it's really bad either way. They also said she tested positive for FLK, that it could be a false positive BECAUSE her mother probably has it. I asked if the shot could cause a FP but team just said it's either the mother or another cat in the house. And if one had it, they pretty much all had it. I got this kitten along with her mother and sibling when I found them living under my house, I already had my own cat who is 6 years old and I've had since I was 14. I was visibility devastated when they went on the say, ALL of my cats would die from FLK soon. They billed me 300$ and sent me home with a dying kitten. I freaked out and scrubbed every square inch of my house. Especially anything the cats touched. Later that night my kitten went totally unresponsive, she was exhausted and crying and had a seizure every few minutes. She'd stopped eating drinking, going potty. I ended up force feeding her formula and my own gabapentin, just praying she'd get a moment to rest. A very long story later my kitten made a FULL recovery! No thanks to these people!! I called my regular vet and he confirmed that A FELINE LEUKEMIA SHOT DOES CAUSE A FALSE POSITIVE. ALL OF MY CATS GOT TESTED AND NONE OF THEM CAME UP POSITIVE. 300$ just for them to terrify me and not do one helpful thing."
