"Took my cat here because my normal vet couldn't get us in soon enough and my cat was straining to urinate. Paid over $300 and don't even know if any of the tests were done since exams aren't done infront of the owner. I was told that basically nothing was wrong and he was a little dehydrated so the vet wanted to give fluids under the skin I was fine with that. Normally fluids under the skin you can see the fluid bubble, when I took him out of the carrier he had no bubble and he wasn't wet like it had leaked out (because sometimes that can happen) a few days after the visit he is now peeing blood. I called them back and the receptionist just said "take him to the hospital" I just paid hundreds of dollars and was told nothing was wrong when something clearly is."
"I took my dog here to be looked at for a small concern I had. I didn’t like how he was taken out of the room with out my permission for the vet to look at him. He’s a nervous dog at the vet and normally I have to hold him. Due to his nervousness, the vet wasn’t able to get a good look at him. She gave me a list of things that could be wrong with him and I had him looked at my vet the next day and they said he was fine. I paid $63 for the vet to not be able to get a great look at my dog. It was a frustrating experience for both my dog and I."
"We took our dog Jude in today for what seemed like joint pain. They got us in within two hours, Dr. Clark was very kind and thorough. I was hesitant going to a chain brand for a vet but I had a better experience than I do at my normal vet. I will for sure be going back! Thank you staff! (Also the medicine prescribed we already see a difference in his mood and physical ability)"
