"The groomer told me she was not able to get his hair cut because he was nervous. She then told me to take him home and use an electric toothbrush to get him used to being shaved. I took him home and took trimmers straight to him and my dog just sat there like nothing was going. My other dog has high anxiety and he gets cut right away within 2 hours by a different groomer. My dog that was getting cut is super chill and was there for about the same time 2 hours and got all the same services but did not get cut. I called up and told her that he was chill when I took the trimmers to him. She told me it’s because he lives with me. I took it as an excuse and canceled all my future appointments."
