"BEWARE! Do not take your pets here. I brought both my dogs in for their annual checkups and was told my Shih Tzu needed teeth pulled it should be around $250. I scheduled the surgery and when I picked up my dog she was left with only 4 teeth left and almost a $500 bill + additional bills for medication as well as a BROKE JAW they INSIST was not their fault. At her first checkup I mentioned to them an issue in her front leg that was not a problem before I was blown off as I was told it was likely her leg just bruised and would subside. I cancelled her 2nd follow up appt due to an appt conflict and was also told by the vet it was likely unnecessary. A week and a half later I called in to reschedule that follow-up as her issue with her leg had still yet to resolve. Her to find out she now has an injury to her Nerve in her leg again INSISTING it to not have anything to do with the surgery. On top of that they tired to charge me for an exam visit that I wasn't supposed to be charged for since it was to be covered by the surgery. Due to refusing to pay for something that was supposed to be included they are now refusing to release all my records even though they clearly charged my credit card the full vet visit amount anyway. Very upset that they won't even answer their phone and now I will have to get a Lawyer involved as my dog is potentially looking at $10,000 in further vet bills to fix injuries they caused. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE BEWARE"

"Won’t go anywhere else! We have been going here for almost 4 years now and our dog was just diagnosed with EPI and I cannot give higher praise to the vet and the staff. When we’ve called with issues they always do what they can to get us in! They are always very patient and kind to our dog who is high energy at times. It warms my heart to know that they truly care about animals and care about their well being. I very much appreciate all they do to keep our dog healthy and the hard work they put in does not go unnoticed. Very happy with our experience every time and our dog loves them and gets excited to go to the vet."
