"Only place I could get progesterone shots from in the area. Called to get a refill was sent no supplies to give them. Was never told this. When I called to ask they told me. We are out? Was given no alternative on how to give them. Shouldn’t this be something they are telling people before they send them a 100 dollar medication that is time sensitive to be give? Was told good luck finding supplies on the phone. They were very awful to work with. Wouldn’t recommended this place to anyone"

"Gave Rx for compounded medication. I was told by the pharmacist that they would text me the next day when it was completed. Here it is over a week later with no sign of them calling, texting or communicating with me in anyway. I called their office and before I could say anything was immediately put on hold. The person came back and was not friendly throughout the conversation. I would prefer to pay extra somewhere else just to get respectable, friendly and dependable people. Here they already compounded it and it’s been sitting there a week, when compounded medication expires quickly."

"I am incredibly frustrated with how this business is run. The medications I get there have saved my life, however when I am without them I am miserable and can hardly function. I live quite a distance away and cannot get away from work to pick up so I have them mailed. Once I ordered and a week later I called to check the status of the order and was told it wasn't filled because I didn't have refills left and they needed to contact the doctor. Why wasn't I notified? Why did it take a week or until I called to contact the doctor? Another time I ordered, a week later I called to check the status and they said they were short-handed and it simply was never mailed. I started ordering well in advance because of these issues and last time was informed I was ordering too soon so my insurance wouldn't pay! This place needs a complete overhaul on their practices with orders/mailing. Nice group of people but I have little confidence that they know what they are doing. On 12/3/18 I ordered, called today 12/12/18 and it simply was never filled. The person I spoke with must have wrote it down and lost it..."
