"Standard CVS meaning it has everything you need for most ailments. It also has a small selection of food products,clothes and school supplies . It has handicap parking and is in a safe area."
"Pharmacy is the worst. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are etc. but today’s review is based on the fact that all registers had closed signs on them. When I asked which register I should go to, the person behind the counter replied the self check out is the only one open. She then came from behind the counter and stood next to me while scanning items and of course there were problems with adding gum on my order and using a coupon and CarePass, the worker just continued to stand there, instead of helping. I left without my items."
"Absolutely the worst pharmacy! Prescriptions are never ready…even when you get a message saying it’s ready. And no sense of urgency or CARING by any of the pharmacy staff. The lady at the drive they was great today though! Good lord!"
"This CVS is the worst pharmacy ever been to. 1: I needed a very important prescription so I called them because I didn't get a text from them that I get monthly a week before I'm out and the day before I needed it I called them and they said they don't have it there in stock and I have to drive up to east akron to get it. 2: I waited in line for over an hour behind three cars at the drive-thru. 3: they were very rude to me. So I switched to Giant eagle pharmacy across the street and it is so much better especially with the pharmacy app"
"I’ve currently been waiting over 15 minutes on hold. I can literally never get through to speak to the pharmacy staff unless I have 30 minutes to wait. For one of the highest grossing pharmacies in the country you would think they could afford to pay more staff. They charge more for most prescriptions than any competitors and where is the money going? Straight to the top leaving others to fend for themselves. I don’t write a lot of reviews anymore but I needed to write this one because I am so disgusted."
