"Rude pharmacy staff. I don't need to hear the cashier/tech complaining about the pharmacist. And is a simple hello to much to ask. I get that they need more help, but don't talk to customers with that sour-face. And what happened to asking if I have a question for the pharmacist? Or are we to busy to provide customer service now? Or are the people that purchase items no longer necessary? I would give zero stars if possible."

"Drive through closed due to staffing issues! Line was insanely long. Only 2 people working the pharmacy. It’s always something it seems. Rite aid needs to figure out the staffing problem! It’s been going on since 2020!"

"I was in a bad way. I had not brushed my teeth for nearly 24 hours. I could feel the fur building on them. I had to do something quickly. I made a pit stop at my local Rite Aid store in Wooster, OH and purchased a more than adequate toothbrush. The store was neat, clean, and the associate that I dealt with was very friendly. I will shop at this Rite Aid again."

"The prescriptions for myself and my family are consistently late. I go to pick them up at the time instructed by the refill instructions and they are never ready. I waited in the pickup lane for an hour (because the inside was closed) only to be rudely instructed that I need to come back. I am going to switch to another pharmacy and I encourage everyone to do so as well. Not getting medications on time can be a serious matter. I am extremely disappointed in Rite Aid."

"This Rite-Aid is truly pathetic. It should be shut down. The attached photos are what you can expect literally every single time you go there. Massive line both inside and out. Pharmacy staff acts with Z E R O sense of urgency. Entire pharmacy staff should be fired and replaced, this place is a dumpster fire."
