"Cant begin to explain the lack of care and compassion for my pain and discomfort for 3 months! My recent visit was terrible and it was a complete lack of any compassion from the med staff. Please do not think your questions, as everyone says to be your own best health advocate, will be met with anything but scorn and indignation by med staff because as I tried to ask I got the big stink eye as if I was questioning an all knowing being. I was trying to relay my frustration about my pain and not being able to understand why the medicine was not helping and was there something else and was immediately shuffled off to a doctor who will not be able to see me for another 3 weeks while Im in pain and "here lets try this new medicine it might help" in the meantime. Zero concern over the 3 months w zero follow ups on how I might be coping with my issues. I weep for the future if this is the state medical community. I am still in pain and NO respite in site and my medical person basically said here is a leather belt, bite down hard on it when it gets bad. There has to be better care somewhere but this place and ensuing experience has left me with a bill for nothing done that i will have to pay and if i question it i then get to do battle with every miscreant, kettering health financial dept for questioning the lack of services rendered. No, I leave this review with a question for anyone especially KH's admins who might read.....if you were in pain, or had a loved one in pain and you read this review.....would you go here?"

"A friend was in here after major neck surgery her blood pressure dropped instead of finding a way to handle her pain or even talking to her they left her in the room and barely checked on her. Even turned the bed alarm off so she wouldn't set it off. They wouldn't even find an ice pack for her"

"My husband had a very disappointing experience with a nurse practitioner in this practice after being referred by the ER. She was dismissive and unconcerned. We have both had outstanding care from other areas of KHN in the past and would highly recommend KHN in general. This particular experience was very disappointing. "Have been waiting 6 weeks for mri appt and nobody will return my calls. 6 went there, 6 emails 5 phone calls , NO REPLy. UPDATE !!!!!!!!!!FINALY GOT REPLY doctor finaly got my text from office personal. , doctor was unaware of my texts , NOW I am getting an operation, and everything is going great I now feel that I an getting the care I need. 8/21/23 had an operation and couldn't have gone better. Dr Gringa was thu BEST doctor I have had in 36 years of operations. I will suggest that you use this doctor! The care at kettering main campus has gotten better and better. Nurses great to."
