"Richard Cawthorne is the rudest Pharmacist I’ve ever met. My husband had major surgery and he refused to fill his prescription that was sent directly from the surgeon. This pharmacist had the audacity to laugh in his face and say he refuses to fill the prescription because he was too lazy to actually read the instructions from the hospital. The worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced from a medical professional. Shameful and disgusting behavior that was completely unnecessary. BEWARE of this pharmacist he does not honor his professional code of ethics."
"This is a great local store to go to for almost anything. We went there tonight and my brother actually commented about how big it was. It has more than you think it might from the outside. The parking is also great too. I also find the staff to be really nice. If you haven’t stopped in, you should give it a try."
"When I was at the checkout line paying for my items, the clerk was very rude. He had his back to me while I was paying, didn't smile and greet me at the register, and he acted like he didn't want to be there. He acted like I was bothering him and was leaning against the register waiting for me to finish paying and leave. He needs to remember that anyone who shops at that store is helping pay your bills and making sure you have a job."
