"Used to be great until the pharmacy started hiding items like Primatene inhalers for asthma in the pharmacy, and now they close at 7pm on weekdays. Primatine is supposed to be over the counter and as a backup for emergency asthma attacks, but this pharmacy can't operate properly to provide life saving care to those in need. Either shut the entire store down or get the pharmacy to stay open until 9pm like all the other Walgreens. I'm literally walking distance to this Walgreens so it makes it less convenient to have to drive more than 10 minutes to the closest Walgreens when this pharmacy is closed."

"I use to love this pharmacy. I also realize that the pharmacy has been working so short staffed but the mistakes and rudeness is just unacceptable. Today my husband went to pick up my prescription. He paid 65 dollars for one script and 75 dollars on another prescription. We have insurance and we have been paying 45 dollars and 35 dollars on the 2 medications for years. I immediately called the pharmacy and was told that’s what your insurance pays and if you don’t like it you don’t have to take the medication. I called express scripts next asking why these medications increased so much and was notified that the one medication was refilled to early and that’s why we paid full price. I’m not sure why Walgreens refilled this script when it wasn’t do until the 30th of this month. So I called Walgreens back and explained what happened and once again I was told that my insurance covered it or it wouldn’t have been refilled. I again tried to explain to this lady that no, my insurance did NOT cover it that’s why I paid 75 bucks instead of 35 dollars and that they pushed it through. This pharmacy tech continued to insist that it was covered under my insurance. I stated to her how much did I pay last month? Or the month before that? 35 bucks!! I have no idea why this was filled days early, but beware folks because this is the second time this has happened. During these days we are all counting our Pennie’s with the high costs of everything. This just isn’t right!"

"The pharmacy technicians at this walgreens are some of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. It is impossible to get ahold of the pharmacy. They leave you on hold for 30 mins sometimes. They answer and hang up other times. They're very short and don't let you speak. They'll start to over talk you and cut you off mid sentence."

"Typically I have no problems at all with this pharmacy. I received a text telling me my prescription was ready, which is reasonable. When I arrived at the pharmacy the day after the message, I was told “it was a mistake” and to come back in 2 days. A follow up “mistake” text or phone call would have been appreciated. I’ve been on the same medication for 20 years and I don’t have time for situations such as this."

"First of all, I’d like to say that if you’re looking for a pharmacy, DONT GO HERE. If you want to find a pharmacy that’s reliable with refills, listens to doctors, knows the answer to your questions, go to the giant eagle on day drive. That pharmacy is absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately our insurance changed our medication sourcing to Walgreens. I’ve had nothing but problems with them. They are the slowest people I’ve ever seen. I had to wait nearly 45 minutes for a flu shot! There was no one in front of me, just a lazy pharmacist who giggled when she walked in the room and said “oops I forgot about you.” There are two men that work there in particular that are the rudest people there. They ALWAYS mess up my prescription dates and dosages. I had to have my actually doctor call the pharmacist and tell them they need to give me my anti-anxiety medication. After spending a half hour on the phone with my psychiatrist, they still refused to give me the medication because “I wasn’t due for it for another 6 days.” The medication I was taking wasn’t working! What else was I supposed to go? Go around like a nervous paranoid wreck? There was also a time when I decided to go through the drive through (again because they’re incredibly slow inside) and I waited behind one car for 35 minutes! PLEASE do yourself a favor. Don’t go to this pharmacy."
