"DO NOT GO THERE. Dishonest commercial practices at its best. Incompetence. Poor work. Well, we have been taking our pets to this location for the last 6 years. We were happy until this year. I took my new rescue cat a day after I found her in the streets. She needed her immediate care which R&W took care of. They told us: she is not spayed and offered a quotation for the spying for $419 with a deadline for accepting this. I scheduled later than the deadline for her spaying, and scheduled also the blood work. At the end, we wanted her to get better and the dates within the dealing just did not work for us. I took her for the bloodwork and paid $200, I asked how much was left assuming this was going to be deducted from the original quote of $419, or something close in case that the quote did not hold, and I was told that that quote did not include blood work, therefore I asked for explanation on what the technical terms of the quote were and according to them non of them indeed refer to blood work. I was never told the quote did not include the blood work r that this was a separated expense. We went ahead with the spaying because what else... On the date of the spaying after dropping my cat at R&W I got a call from them asking if she recently had heats because the doctor could not find the uterus... That sounded the alarm again. We still needed to pay the full price because according to R&W you cannot always know. That remaindered us that we have our first recue, Maze and we took her to Westpark Animal Hospital as emergency after we found her as stray as well. They were not certain if she was spayed or not and offered an ultrasound. In R&W they never expressed doubt of my new cat being spayed. She was open for nothing, they acted like they did not mistake. Someone at that place is making recommendations for their own sake. We are all facing economical difficulties, but the deft tone from R&W pushed us too seek veterinary care elsewhere. Do not who the managers are, but pay attention to the recommendations that your personal is doing. Anyways, just save yourself the time and do not go there. now we are dealing with a pet that needs post-surgery care without needing it."

"This place charges triple any other vet in town for the exact same pre-op bloodwork for a neuter. Total neuter cost with them comes to about 550 bucks. Labib and the hospital manager are incredibly indignant and disrespectful over the phone when questioned with these prices, demanding "total trust". Their demeanor is disgraceful. We severed our relationship and I will be going to another veterinary clinic that treats its patients with respect (for a fraction of the price)."

"Love the staff. Vets are competent and kind to the animals. Based on prices at other vets they are reasonably priced. Ya get what ya pay for folks! I know my dogs are safe at this facility."
