"I've been going to CVS for years now. Natalie is one of the most wonderful pharmacist I have encountered in my life. Pretty much the entire staff at the pharmacy, Natalie, like Lauren, Samantha, and all the others are always very helpful. The front of the store is also very helpful and especially pleasant....Dorothy is one of my favorites! She always does exactly what customers ask, even tho the customer can get an attitude, Dorothy follows protocol, does her best to help, and always is polite - have witnessed her being confronted very rudely by a customer and she remained professional and polite - I would have asked the customer to leave and point out to them how offensive they were - but not Dorothy! She is a treasure!"
