"Whatever is the response I heard when infact I was apologizing because I knew the pharmacist was very busy. ditto to the previous patient could not have said it any different. Ill drive further to another CVS. I paid $298.00 last month for a script when I had no other choice. CVS should have reached out to me. Rite Aid come back!"
"Let me start off by saying the only reason I use CVS is because of my insurance. Rarely is my medication available and usually on backorder. It is available at other locations however this location never reaches out to obtain it. I've had to contact the other location to fill my prescription. Doesnt make sense to me. An autoparts store can figure out how to get parts from one location to another within a day, why can't this huge corporation figure it out?"
